So make sure you don’t miss out, as it is set to sell out fast.
You will be able to buy this collection for an amazing price of £54.98 (when sold as individual units, the NIOD set collectively retails at £134) so that is a saving of almost 60%.
I have to admit that I really like NIOD and their scientific, no-nonsense approach. Using their skincare in my routine makes me feel like a bad-ass scientist, what with all the cool brown glass bottles, pipets and product names I can’t pronounce. I am always recommending their products because you really see results, and it is affordable skincare where you don’t compromise on quality. So if you have wanted to try NIOD for yourself now is the perfect time to snap up some of their best-selling products!
Over the past couple of years I’ve tried a few products from the NIOD range and I like how they’re a brand that are results driven with formulations created to improve the integrity and health of your skin. Without huge price tags. It’s skincare that is effective and low key and the packaging is right up my street too. Simple, clean and modern, its so cool. There are a couple of my favourite products included in this set, and I am also so excited to try the Neck Elasticity Catalyst, I have heard nothing but wonderful reviews.
NIOD Sanskrit Saponins 90ml (£21)
Sanskrit Saponins is a deep cleansing balm that uses Ayurvedic saponins to offer thorough decongestion whilst maintaining the skin’s integrity. Use once every other day in the AM or PM after removing makeup. SS can also be used as a masque on dry skin for a deeper cleanse. Apply to dry skin for 10 minutes and then rinse.
NIOD’s Multi-Molecular Hyaluronic Complex 2 offers a multi-dimensional approach to topical hyaluronic supplementation by combining 15 forms of hyaluronic compounds, hyaluronic precursors and a hyaluronic support technology in a peptide-charged delivery system. MMHC2 aims to hydrate as well as enhance the look of plump skin. This formula consists of a range of Hyaluronic compounds of different molecular weights for multi-depth hydration.
NIOD Copper Amino Isolate Serum 2 15ml (RRP £38)
Copper Amino Isolate Serum 2 is a multi-tasking formula that contains 2% of pure GHK peptide, of which 1% branches with copper ions upon mixing. Often referred to simply as CAIS2, it works to target signs of ageing while supporting the look of healthy skin. Copper Amino Isolate Serum 2 is recommended to be used as the first step after cleansing. It can be applied in the AM and PM.
NIOD Neck Elasticity Catalyst 50ml (RRP £50)
Neck Elasticity Catalyst contains multiple peptide technologies as well as caffeine and hyaluronic acid to help reduce the appearance of lax skin in the neck and lower face areas. Apply in the AM and PM after cleansing and applying lightweight serums. If using as part of our NIOD regime, use after the Copper Amino Isolate Serum and Multi-Molecular Hyaluronic Complex.
I really like DHC skincare & this cleanser is up there in my top 5 skincare products, I’ve used this cleansing oil for years and have found nothing removes my makeup quite as effectively. It melts away even stubborn mascara and removes lip-stains with gentle ease. I like to spend time really massaging it into my skin which is a great way to give yourself a mini at home facial (oils are so good to use as they make massaging the skin super easy). It is a good cleanser for protecting skin against environmental aggressors, is extremely gentle and leaves no greasy residue behind (which a lot of oil-based cleansers do). If you haven’t already tried this you really need to.
Olive oil – Rich in antioxidants, it helps fight damage caused by free radicals without clogging pores
Rosemary leaf oil – Extracted from the leaves of the plant, it contains invigorating properties and imparts a refreshing scent.
I always feel like a scientist when I use products from DECIEM as they all come in very scientific looking bottles with intelligent sounding names & most of them have you dispensing the product using a dropper, I love it! I do use quite a lot of The Ordinary products in my skincare routine – I just love the affordable price point and I see real results in my skin. I have used up their Buffet this month and this is a serum that I really miss when I don’t have it in my skincare routine. It appears to be nothing special but let me tell you it is a wonderful serum with a multitude of benefits. This Peptide Serum is designed to tackle the signs of ageing and includes some really effective anti ageing ingredients including hyaluronic acid and Matrixyl 3000 (which is an anti-wrinkle peptide).
This serum is plumping, nourishing and will diminish those fine lines. I use this daily and love how lightweight it is on my skin. It is a great product to layer other skincare on top of and I think it is a must-have product for anyone worried about fine lines and a dull looking complexion. It is so affordable that you need to add it into your routine.
I suffer terribly from dry hands and find that a lot of hand creams just put a greasy layer of cream on my hands but they never feel nourished and 10 minutes later they’re dry again. That was not true of this one from Hand Chemistry – this is so good at keeping my hands feeling supple and hydrated whilst the skin looks smooth and bright. I also like how it helps improve skin tone on your hands. It is a gem of a hand cream and I always have a 30ml one in my handbag & the 100ml one by my bedside.
Although this serum had quite a sticky consistency and I wasn’t a big fan of that, I did like the results I saw from using it. I felt it really helped my skin look more firm, feel plump and hydrated whilst looking less tired. It contains some fantastic skin loving, anti ageing ingredients,
BLACK PINE EXTRACT & EPIGALLOCATECHIN Protects and strengthens connective tissue, firms and boosts connective tissue’s resilience, has strong anti-inflammatory properties combined with exceptional firming action as well as protecting against free radicals and collagenases.
ACTIVE AGENT DERIVED FROM FERMENTED BLACK TEA: Restores the ‘volume’ of the skin, while providing radiance and luminosity, thus improving the overall appearance of the skin.
NATURAL OLIGOSACCHARIDES: Enhance elastin and natural hyaluronic acid synthesis and improve skin resilience.
Although I wouldn’t rush out & repurchase this serum again, I really did like it and if you’re 40+ you will really see the benefits. This product lasted me for almost a year and that was using it 3 times a week.
Another product from the DECIEM group and this is an interesting one as it is a product that really encourages your skins ongoing health and wellbeing. It promotes your skin to be the best it can be. When I use this my skin is more glowing and looks very healthy and fresh.
This CAIS helps to prevent and reverse largely all aspects of visible skin ageing, including textural damage, uneven pigmentation, loss of elasticity, lines, wrinkles, enlarged pores and general lack of a healthy radiance present in younger skin. In short, the skin will act and look younger starting within 5 days with continued improvements over time.
I don’t 100% understand all the science & ingredients included in this product but from the results I have seen I am 100% buying it again – if you want to learn more/understand what exactly goes into all the DECIEM products their website is a wealth of information and really breaks down all the percentages, active ingredients and makes the science jargon a little clearer. So I would direct you there.
One of my favourite affordable exfoliating treatments. These pads are a godsend for lazy people like me. They already come soaked in the glycolic acid so all you need to do is sweep it across your skin as part of your skincare regime. The glycolic acid and fruit acids gently exfoliate away dead skin to reveal bright, radiant skin. You get 60 pads in a pot and they’re an affordable way of keeping your skin from becoming congested but also keeping it looking bright and refreshed. I am a huge fan of these and have repurchased them countless times.
60 pads soaked in a specially developed blend of Glycolic Acid & fruit AHA’s. Help to remove dead cells from the surface of the skin leaving it fresher. With witch hazel to help tone the skin and added Aloe & Pro Vitamin B5.
This is quite a pricey product but it is a plant-based beauty brand and this range is entirely unscented, specially formulated with dermatologists, free of artificial fragrance and essential oils and is really popular amongst green beauty enthusiasts. I liked to apply this product after a shower, it comes in an easy to apply spray bottle so you can spray the oil on a targeted area. I used it mainly on my thighs and chest as that is where I have cellulite and very dry skin. It is very nourishing, smoothing and left my skin feeling soft and deeply hydrated.
Previse’s nourishing Bodymist Vitamin E Oil features silky and dry, eco-certified sunflower and botanical oil extracts for long-lasting non-greasy comfort. This plant-based body oil includes sustainably sourced oils that are naturally rich in vitamin E to promote supple, elastic skin.
Another affordable brand that I really enjoy is nspa – they’re available exclusively in ASDA and they have a wonderful selection of skincare and body care. I really loved this Rejuvenating Serum which is part of their Expert Skincare Collection, and if you haven’t already guessed from the rest of the empty products in this post I like skincare that is for more mature skin, evens skin tone, plumps and helps my skin look radiant and this serum ticked all those boxes & for only £10 that is pretty amazing in my book.
This light-weight, effective formulation has been developed to support your skin. With a blend of anti-ageing actives including Crocus Chrysanthus Bulb extract and Millet Seed Extract, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and rejuvenate your skin. Reveal a radiant, smoother, firmer looking complexion and love your skin.
I have spoken about my love of INGLOT quite a few times and featured this palette a lot on my blog over the past couple of years, I really do use it all the time so it is only right that I keep putting it in my favourites. The shadows are fantastic quality and the range of colours and finishes is almost overwhelming, it took me ages to finally decide on the 10 shadows to put into my palette but the process was a lot of fun.
I love the palette itself, the magnetic lid which does not budge or come off in your makeup bag, and it is also actually quite slim. The pans are a very decent size and I pretty much have all of my favourite shadows with me in one cute palette. Let me know if you have tried INGLOT eyeshadows & if you have built your own palette too.
I can’t believe I haven’t spoken about this foundation sooner, I bought it whilst in Amsterdam last September (you can get it in the UK) and it has become one of my most used foundations. It’s a nice creamy consistency, it’s easy to blend and buff into your skin. I’d say it gives a nice even medium coverage, it covers imperfections and blemishes but still feels lightweight on my skin. Which is everything I look for in a base – decent coverage but that feeling that my skin can still breath!
This foundation is enriched with a complex of vitamin b3, e, pro-vitamin b5 and cranberry water, it is fantastic to see a budget-friendly foundation with such fantastic skincare benefits added to their formula. These ingredients are going to help your skin glow, look refreshed and awake.
The staying power of this foundation was for sure better when I used a primer but that is true for most foundations on my skin as I tend to get an oily t-zone. I would say this gave my skin a natural radiance and didn’t settle into my pores. It looks fresh, as the name would suggest and it’s just am easy to wear medium coverage base! I love it.
It comes packaged in a lovely glass bottle with a handy pump, the only drawback is the shade range, although I managed to find a good match for my skin tone this foundation only comes in 4 shades which isn’t so great. I hope they add more options in the future. Overall if you’re looking for a new cruelty-free, vegan foundation then I highly recommend checking out this Essence offering and it is only £5!
This is nothing short of liquid magic! It has been dubbed airbrush in a bottle – so what is it I hear you cry? It is a skin perfecting serum which uses refracting prism technology to even out all skin tone and gives you the most amazing natural healthy glow. It is flipping amazing.
This is a highlighter, primer and serum in one, it instantly blurs imperfections and gives a healthy dewy, even-toned radiance. Designed to create a photo-ready finish on all skin types, this complexion perfector creates a lit-from-within glow in seconds with a wide variety of light-refracting prisms, tone and hue correctors, and photo-finishing technologies.
Apply to your skin alone or under foundation to add sheer radiance and correct discolouration. It can also be mixed with other products for subtle radiance. Used under, over, or mixed with liquid foundation if you prefer more coverage. It’s such an easy product to incorporate into your makeup routine. I haven’t ever used a product quite like this & I just can’t get across to you just how incredible it is, although I am trying. I should do a whole post on this one product!
If you’re looking for a subtle more natural highlight then this is the one. It is a nude, pink semi-matte liquid highlight that gives your skin a refreshed, healthy radiance. It is easy to apply, I just use the brush to place the product on the tops of my cheeks and down the centre of my nose – it also looks pretty on your brow bones and I blend it is either with my beauty blender or just my finger. It looks pretty when the light hits it and what I really like is the fact there is no glitter or shimmer. It is a great everyday radiance booster and also looks pretty mixed with your foundation. These little Benefit liquid products last forever and are so easy to throw in your handbag, I often like to reapply throughout the day to refresh my makeup.
Not quite as subtle as the Benefit highlighter, this MUA Cushion highlight offers more of a peachy – golden, warm-toned glow. The packaging is pretty although a little bulky and the puff is handy, but I just don’t reach for it. I prefer to use my beauty blender to ensure I apply it evenly. It is a liquid cushion product and I am waiting to see just how long it stays moist as I have a feeling it will dry out pretty quickly, that being said I do love using this as an evening highlight and it can look quite subtle or if you want more on an intense look you can build up the colour & effect to be more intense.
It is always nice to see affordable brands releasing on-trend products so we can all try them and Cushion makeup was certainly popular last year. Have you tried any cushion products, if so are you sold on them or think they’re too much faff.
When it comes to drugstore liquid liner Soap & Glory take the top prize, their Supercat liner ticks all of the boxes. It’s pigmented, sets down the perfect amount of product, doesn’t drag and the fine nib allows you to apply either a neat line or build it up to be more bold and thick.
This is a liner that would allow even the most self-confessed eyeliner novice to create the perfect winged liner. The nib gives you full control and isn’t too firm so you can create smooth lines without having to keep going over the same spot which often leads to the product bleeding into fine lines and getting very messy. This is one product everyone needs in their makeup bag (although I am sure most of you already own it). It’s pigmented, easy to use and long wearing.
Lip crayons are my goto lip product of choice, I find them so easy to use and this Soap and Glory one is a stunning everyday shade. It is in the colour Nudist and it enhances your lip colour giving them a pretty glossy finish. It’s a natural, subtle shade which has been living in my handbag – I apply it even when I’m wearing no other makeup, it makes me feel somewhat put together. Not only do they give your lips a subtle wash of colour but the formula is also very moisturising, oh & they smell so good too – I think it is a vanilla scent.
I mostly use this brush for applying powder foundation but it also works well for blush too. This Soft Complexion Brush has a small, dense head which makes buffing in the powder so much more effective. I also love the long slim handle which feels nice in your hand makes applying my makeup really easy. This collection is stunning and incredible quality, it looks and feels luxurious and that deep blue colour is gorgeous and makes me want to use them all the time.
Let me know what you have been loving this past month & if you’ve discovered anything new that I need to try. I am on the hunt for a new mascara, I’d love it if you’d leave me suggestions in the comments.

The Ordinary High Adherence Silicone Primer (30ml)
This blurring, smoothing face primer that acts as the perfect base for following formulas, it really gives you that soft focus finish and feels weightless on the skin. It is a very good primer for lessening the appearance of fine lines and imperfections too. This is a great addition to my skincare/makeup routine and helps keep my makeup looking it’s best and means it just looks better for longer.
The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% B5 (30ml)
This Acid is a lightweight hydrating formula infused with three differed hyaluronic compounds. It combines 3 types of hyaluronic acid at various molecular weights to hydrate the skin on multiple levels, with Vitamin B5 to amplify surface hydration. Moisture is more easily retained leading to a more healthier and smoother skin surface. This is some seriously good stuff and I can’t believe it is only £5.90!
